|
| Only residents from the United
States and Canada are able to sign up and take advantage
of the
Fitness Singles community. Only sites in English and
based in the United States or Canada are eligible to
participate
in the Fitness Singles Affiliate Program. Also, commission
payments for affiliates will be made in U.S. dollars
only. |

my Web site qualify for the Fitness Singles Affiliate
Program? |

| Anyone can apply for the program.
However, Fitness Singles reserves the right to refuse
any
site, especially if it contains unsuitable material.
Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation,
or third-party right; encourage illegal activity or racism;
or feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling,

materials, products, or services related to pornography
will be deemed unacceptable for the Fitness Singles

whom you refer to Fitness Singles. |

| Simply log in to your Fitness Singles

to access a variety of online reports, where you can
track not only your click-throughs and commissions but
also
other activity to help increase sales. |

| How much
will I earn for each registered member whom I refer to
FitnessSingles? |

| You will receive $3.00 per new
Fitness Singles member registration that you refer from
your site. No
fees shall be payable if a visitor leaves the Fitness
Singles site without filling out the profile fully (including
the following fields: e-mail address, member name, password,
zip code, birthdate, and bio.) |

| When and
how do I get paid? |
|
| You will be paid monthly by check
when your Fitness Singles account reaches a minimum
of
$25. If your earnings are less than $25, the amount will
be carried over to the next month. Commission checks
are
issued the first day of each month. |

| How long
does the Fitness Singles cookie last? |
|
| The Fitness Singles cookie, a small
file stored on the computer of somebody that clicks your
affiliate link, last for 365 days. That means that if
somebody clicks on your link and does not register right
away, they will have a cookie with your referral ID on
their computer, so if they register within the next year,
you will get credit. |

| All the graphics and logos are
hosted on the Fitness Singles server, and the linking

any Fitness Singles graphics on your site. |

link to Fitness Singles from more than one Web site? |
|
| Yes. You are welcome to link to
Fitness Singles from multiple Web sites, as long as
none
of the sites violates any applicable law, regulation,
or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or
racism;

or materials, products, or services related to pornography.

We have found that the text links are the most effective
marketing tool for generating Fitness Singles membership
registrations. In addition to your Web site, you may
promote Fitness Singles through an opt-in mailing list. |

| How will
my visitors register for the Fitness Singles membership? |
|
| Your graphic and text links will
take your visitors right to Fitness Singles, so that
registration
is quick and easy. |

I change my affiliate account information? |

| No. It is not permissible to change
or personalize any Fitness Singles images. |

| Can I
use Fitness Singles in my URL or in the name of

| No. The use of Fitness Singles
or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name
of your
site will be cause for your immediate dismissal from
the affiliate program. In such a case when you breach
the
affiliate agreement, you thereby forfeit any earned commissions. |

of advertising can I do? |
|
| Be creative-write a newsletter
for visitors to your site, write a testimonial about
Fitness Singles,
write an article. Note that you may use any copy on www.fitness-singles.com,
but if you wish to write your own copy, you must send
it to Fitness Singles
for review by clicking here. |

| What kind
of advertising is prohibited? |
|
| You cannot send unsolicited email
(aka spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases
of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this
policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from
the program. |

| Can I
issue a press release or other kind of announcement
regarding
my affiliation with Fitness Singles? |
|
| No. Fitness Singles will author
and issue any announcements to the media. One exception
is
that we make a customized Press Release available in
your affiliate links section. Feel free to submit this
press
release to your local media. |
