How do I cancel my paid
subscription?

You can cancel your subscription
at any time by clicking
“Cancel Subscription” on the My Account
page. After cancellation, any remaining time on your
paid subscription will still be honored. Unfortunately
Fitness Singles cannot prorate or refund
unused portions of subscriptions.

What happens when I cancel
my paid subscription?
A.
Cancellation of your paid subscription
returns your profile to free membership after the time
period for which you paid subscription expires. Your
profile is still viewable by other members but you
lose the ability to initiate messages to members who
are of interest to you. You can remain a free member
as long as you like and upgrade your membership again
at any time if you see someone you would like to email.

What is the subscription
cancellation policy?
A.
Once your credit card has been charged,
your order is non-refundable, and your subscription
will auto-renew until you decide to cancel. If you
cancel, your subscription will remain active for the
remainder of the time period for which you paid, but
your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of
that time period. Cancellation request must be
received at least 24 hours before auto renewal date.
Examples:
• If you purchase a monthly subscription on January
5th and then cancel your subscription on January
20th, you will still be able to connect with other
subscribers until February 5th.
• If you purchase a three-month subscription
on May 14th, you will be charged a discounted
rate of $19.95 on August 14th, and so on, until
you decide to cancel.

your account with Fitness Singles. Your profile will
no longer be viewable by other members. If
you wish to reactivate your free membership at a later
time simply request your username and password from
the “Forget Password” function on the home

a photo for posting?

Direct upload
This is by far the
fastest way to get your photo posted. From “Edit
profile” click “Edit Profile/Add photos” and
get going!

If for some reason

What do I need to use the
Fitness Singles Instant Messenger?

The instant Messenger application requires
at least Macromedia Flash Player version 6.0. The Macromedia
Flash Player is a plugin for your web browser which
allows you to view Flash content on the web. Most current
web browsers come with the Flash Player plugin installed. Click

Why can’t I connect
with the Fitness Singles Instant Messenger?
A.
The Fitness Singles Instant Messenger
may not always connect with users that appear online. Users
who appear as “Online Now” may have recently
logged off. There is a delay before the system
is able to update the users online status. Another
common reason for failing to connect is that the user
is no longer seated at his or her computer or he or
she have may have opened another window on his or her
system that is blocking the Instant Messenger invitation.

enable you to notify the user that you attempted to
contact them via the Instant Messaging system.

beside the username you wish to block and press “Block”.

your email page and select the user you wish to unblock.
